Sometimes we can give you a solid idea of the issue and cost right over the phone. When it’s not clear, we’ll do a free 15–20 minute in-shop diagnostic to confirm what’s really going on.

In some cases a repair is all that’s needed; in others, a full rebuild is the right path. We’ll explain what we find and share our recommendation so you can make the choice that works best for you.
3. Quote
You’ll get an honest, out-the-door quote for the full job. No hidden fees. No surprises.
4. Repair or Rebuild
If a repair is possible, we fix what’s needed using quality parts. If a rebuild is required, we include proven updates that often make your transmission stronger than factory.
5. Post-Care
After the work is done, we invite you back for a 10-day checkup to be sure everything’s clean, tight, and driving right.
